The purpose of this research survey on strategic education and career guidance in Christian high schools is to “Improve employability of Palestinian Christians in Jerusalem” which provides strategical practical solutions for the local Christian youth to choose the right education that provides good employment income which subsidized to have a decent life in Jerusalem and to develop the sense of belonging to the Holy Land based on Christian religion’s culture, heritage and history. Such education awareness will be by the ideology that focuses on strengthening the Christian presence in Jerusalem. Therefore, the career guidance will be focused on solving the Christian problem facing the Christians through developing the right educational knowledge and employment to strengthen the Christian presence in the city of Jerusalem. The survey objectives are to analyze Christian problems regarding threats to their future presence in Jerusalem and its religious identity. The analysis categorizes into five major problem areas: Cultural, Economic, Political, Religious, and social problems. The outcome result of this category analysis will be implemented through an educational career guidance program, employment hub and awareness workshop for Christian students who are graduate from school and lack knowledge of what they want to do with their lives and what field of study would suitable the best with their career goals and interest.
